This policy describes personal information collected by Don Air Co ("we," "us," or "our") through donairco.com and when you contact us about HVAC service. It also explains your choices, including how to opt in or out of text messages.

What we collect

When you call, email, book online, or submit the service request form, you may give us your name, phone number, email, service address, ZIP code, the service you need, and a description of the problem. Online booking is handled in HouseCall Pro, our scheduling tool. We use what you submit to respond and to schedule work.

This website does not run advertising pixels, and it does not sell personal information.

How we use information

We use your information to identify you, reply to your request, schedule and perform HVAC work, send the office a copy of a form at info@donairco.com, and keep records of the job. We do not use it for a separate marketing text program.

Text messages

You opt in to text messages by checking the agreement box on our service request form, or by giving us your mobile number when you book online or speak with us and agreeing to receive texts about that request. Those messages are about your request: appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, quotes, and service follow-ups.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (561) 566-0032.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. We use a mobile number only to deliver the messages you agreed to receive from Don Air Co.

How we share information

Form submissions are emailed to info@donairco.com. Scheduling and job details may be stored in HouseCall Pro so we can book and complete the work. We may share information with a service provider only as needed to operate that request, and with legal authorities when the law requires it. That sharing does not include selling or renting mobile numbers, and it does not include sharing text-message consent for marketing.

Children

This website and our services are for adults arranging HVAC work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
